I finally listened to this.  Despite that Nation article, I thought what
she said was interesting and useful.  It seemed to overlap a lot with the
"Time Shifting" book: there was a lot of emphasis on how one spends one's
time.  Or saves time.  Time is particularly tricky since it is a commodity
that all living beings have, but there is no user's manual on how to use
it.
