I was hoping you could help overlook the process of generating the voter list 
in general since we messed up last time and don't want it to happen again.

If you don't feel the need to meet, maybe you could take a first stab at 
generating the voter list and then Dale, Noelle, and I can review the list to 
make sure it includes everybody but excludes those who shouldn't be on it?  
Alternatively, maybe you could review the voter list after Dale, Noelle, and I 
have come up with the list and then you could review it?
