I'm not sure that Jane McAlevey is what south bay TWC needs right now, but
some of the techniques outlined could certainly be employed later.

I'm hoping that Victor will create a new signal group for this.  Once that
happens, I can post the above.  Apparently, she's having a "discussion
series" which, again, might be useful for the long-term organization.
