tree encroaching on neighbor's space

I called Anderson Tree Care.

They'll be stopping by the house on Thursday between 10am and 2pm to look
at what needs to be done.

I told them that you'd be home and that they can knock on the door.

The main two trees are that privot-like one (is it a privot?) and the
Japanese maple tree which are going over Francis's fence and over their
driveway.
