I'm having problems logging into my account via http://members.sonic.net .
It keeps popping up a 2-step verification box, but it doesn't say where
the verification will be.  (Normally, it does this via my phone number.)
Instead, it just says:

 2-Step Verification
 Try another way to sign in
  Get help signing in
 Try another method
 Log Out

When I click on "Try another method", it is equally blank.

I'd be happy to do the 2-step verification if I can use the methods I
traditionally use.  Otherwise, if there's a way to disable 2-step
verification, I'd be willing to do that.
