The downside is that Noelle doesn't have a Lastpass account.

Is it safer than Google Docs?  I mean, the real problem with Google Docs
is not the password, but rather Google itself.

It's sounding like Google Docs may be good enough.  Just hope your gmail
account is never compromised...
