You are correct, this is the way to provide feedback, and your comment is 
well-taken - we will add a link to the FAQ section so that you don't have to 
go searching in the footer for a way to provide feedback. Currently there is 
not an email or print function for your transit trip plan. However, we 
continue to make refinements to the site, and we will consider adding a 'share 
trip plan' feature to the trip planner.

07/04/16  This website is the worst website I have ever used in my life. For 
a while, I thought zendesk.com was the worst website, but this takes the cake. 
(1) Under the FAQ section, it says "If you donâ??t find the answer to your 
question from the options below, please send us your question". It does not 
say how to send you the question. I'm entering this feedback thinking that 
maybe, just maybe, this is the way to ask the question. (2) Here's my question:
how do I share my transit plan via email or anything else for that matter? 
There doesn't seem to be a way to do this.
