    OK, we can fix it. Are you still using your Lenovo laptop? If not, feel free to use my Acer laptop. You should be able to Remote Desktop into your machine (192.168.2.150 should be the IP address). You can hit CTRL-ALT-BREAK to toggle into full screen mode...

        Now that you got skype working, I would definitely update Keepassx with all the info as necessary. Be sure to include the list of all your contacts (5 are needed at a minimum to recover your account).

        Not sure if the Office 365 version has it, but in normal Outlook, you use "Rules" to create various filters to file away email automatically. You can give it a go. "Rules" is in the "Move" box in the tasks ribbon.

        Make sure the camera is on and connected. Try getphotos multiple times until it looks like it's downloading from the camera. Dunno. Did you ever receive an email message with such a screenshot? It's possible that you viewed such a screenshot.
