Yes. Home routers have more and more powerful wifi and the FCC is afraid
that these could be used to intentionally interfere with airplanes.
Limiting the software is not the solution -- limiting the hardware is the
solution. But, of course, hardware manufacturers don't like this.
I guess this is the classic hardware vs. software conundrum.
