Right. Already investigated this. The severe dizziness usually doesn't
last longer than 30 seconds, at most 5 minutes. That rules out both
migraines and meneire's. And it's also definitely triggered by head or
head-neck movement.
Part of my problem is that it's in both ears -- I get dizzy laying on
either my right or left side. That makes it difficult to reposition the
crystals; it has become an exercise of "just getting used to the
dizziness", which takes several weeks.
It seems like all my bodily problems just pass in time, so I need to be
patient...
