describes in detail how to install drivers for old printers. You can try
this.
Unfortunately, it's not going to find the printer on the network after
that. http://www.divms.uiowa.edu/help/windows/printers_win7/ describes
how to add the printer. Start with step 7. For the URL, you'll want
http://192.168.2.100:631/printers/Hewlett-Packard-HP-LaserJet-5L . You
can try it if you'd like.
