You'd wanna delete "noelle"? That would suck since that's your
name -- people will still try to connect to you that way.
I guess you're stuck and will forever be monitored. I didn't think to
tell you that you should tell them that you don't have an existing skype
account. (That's why I was reluctant to log into your skype account on
your work laptop in the first place -- I didn't want to establish the
association.)
Oh, well. Just another way of losing your privacy and being exposed.

You don't.
The only reason "they" think you should do that is that you can use your
computer as telephone when using the [NSA-infested] Google Talk. That's
why I say that that is bullshit. (Really, the person organizing the webex
meeting should allow web interaction rather than making it
teleconference-only. But, getting someone to change that will probably be
difficult.)
I think the only solution is to find a wired phone which allows you to
plug in your own earpiece/handsfree set/headset.
