YEAH office had an online system(I had to enter a lot of irrelevant to me 
stuff about not being on welfare or EDD type of info, it was to rule out 
some CA tax credit for business to hire poor people? ) so I didn't have to 
fax.
HR person in ohio didn't answer phone when they called her(maybe she was 
out to lunch?)
person at SJ office thought the notary should have filled out the I-9 
form. "we're notarized!"she says
but I should have been sent to this office 1st so I wouldn't have to spend 
$10 for nothing.
