With a name like "Admissions Coordinator", being an RN seems like
overkill, anyway.

If I were you, I would send your resume and simultaneously talk to the
person in the existing job to see if it interests you.

And, if possible, I would come up with a weighted scorecard for your ideal
job before talking to anybody so you can determine if it is a direction
you'd like to go in.
