Daizo -

You visited me a number of months ago.  I live in Japantown and I
consulted you about bolting the foundation.  (You said it was
unnecessary.)

I was wondering if you knew of any gas furnace specialists or perhaps
heating systems specialists who I could consult with to get an estimate
for replacing the furnace.  (I would also need to have the asbestos
removed, which I understand is a separate work item.)
