Hi.  My dad lives in Windham and is borderline morbidly obese.  I think he needs help.

We are engaged in a gift exchange and I got him.  The maximum spending amount is $30.

Here are my questions:

1) Can you provide any services for $30?  Or, is that too paltry?
2) If "yes" to #1, do you offer anything like a gift certificate for your services?
