Umm, it has to have more than GPS on it -- it has to be a smart phone.  It
won't work on just any old cell phone.

In any case, it's all a bad idea, unless you like the idea of being
tracked by the government and corporations.  (We Cans will soon be
protected from, at least, the government doing this.  But, corporations
still have free reign.)
