Limits:Service Calls: Our auto programs include 4 service calls per
year for each member, with a towing limit of 5 miles per call for
Basic and 100 miles per call for Premium coverage.
Reimbursement: Always call our roadside assistance number first. If
you arrange for your own service, you will be reimbursed a maximum of
$50.00-$100.00.
Excessive Usage: We reserve the right to re-assess your membership
eligibility if you use 4 or more calls in a year. The number of
service calls cannot be re-set by paying in advance for the following
year's membership.  You may not upgrade because of a pre-existing
problem that your current program does not cover.
