OK, I installed the GNU Privacy Access (gpa) program.  If you need to look
at my encrypted file, that's the way to go.  (It's not smart enough to 
associated .gpg files with "gpa" itself -- you have to start it up by
hand.)

I'll write down my password again somewhere safe so you can get it.
