Hi Robert,
Hmm... in that case, it sounds like the issue is with the button itself. It may be that the version of Javascript that you have installed on your computer isn't dealing with these buttons correctly.
Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling Javascript, and making sure that you're using the most up to date version?
If you try that, and you still have trouble, let us know!

Not being logged in is definitely not the problem. The symptom is that the "RSVP" button doesn't depress when I click on it. It just sits there.
What's strange is that it only happens if I go directly to the event page, but it works fine if I go there from an email.
I know other people with the same problem and therefore think it has something to do with my browser (Firefox 13 on Linux).
Anyway, it's annoying but not a big deal. Just thought you should know.

Hello Robert,
Hmm, if the only times you can make changes on Meetup are when clicking through from an email, then it sounds as if during the other times you're not actually logged in to your 'http://dummy.us.eu.org/robert' Meetup account. You will need to be logged in to make any RSVP or Organizer Tool edits.
If you forgot your password, you can have a new one emailed to you.
To do that, go to the login page here:
http://www.meetup.com/login/
In the password section, click 'Forgot your password?'. Enter the email address associated with your Meetup account in the email address field and click 'Submit'.
A new password will be mailed to the email address you entered.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!

I cannot change my RSVP any more on meetup.com . Clicking
through the email I received to change my RSVP works fine.
This is mostly annoying for me because I cannot make a comment
on my RSVP nor change the number of guests.
