OK.  Just curious 'cause I was thinking of buying a 20" wheel folding
bicycle for commuting purposes.  It looks like only the 20" Dahon bicycles
allow for a front baggage rack and that's something I'll need with all the
crap, er, stuff I bring to work every day.
