Fw: Our trip to Spain

We're leaving for Spain on Wednesday and will be back on the night of April 5. We will be traveling with two other couples. One of the people in the party is a native Spanish speaker and was able to get us some great rates (much lower than the rates shown on the parador website) at the paradors (historic buildings - palaces, monasteries, hostels, etc. that have been taken over by the government and turned into hotels) where we will be staying, but please keep your fingers crossed for a strong dollar or weak euro anyway.

I have a cell phone which is unlocked. I will try to get a Spanish sim card for it when we get to Madrid. If I do, I'll send the phone number to all of you in case of emergency, but even if I do the best way to reach us is by email. If it is a really dire emergency and we don't respond to either, the phone numbers of some of the hotels are below, but I can't find the phone number for the paradors, but we won't be spending much time in the buildings, as spectacular as they are.
