Hi Robert,
We're so sorry about the confusion. Our computer system was down yesterday
and there were some glitches in our software which caused your apt to show
up on the schedule today.
We can put you into your original appt next Friday, Jan 13 at 4 pm. Please
let us know if you'd prefer that to the 20th at 11 am.
