I highly recommend that you write up a short agenda of what you'd like to
talk about.  For example,

 * Taking the CCS test.
 * Contacting the guy at Kaiser.

Etc.  Alternatively, you could bring a list of goals you'd like to
accomplish, such as:

 * Decide whether to take the CCS test.
 * Figure out how to deal with the guy at Kaiser.
 * Leave with a list of best strategies for job hunting.

Well, I would follow-up anyway, since it's always good to get practice
