Not the kind of thing I'd look at. But what I don't get is how the
"slow food" style hog-killing gets you closer to your meat-eatingt.
As if killing the animal yourself (humanely?) brings out our own
humanity and makes us feel better about eating it!!
I guess I just take that organic/free range stuff for granted, so I'm
immunized by labels that could be false.
But I'm a carnivore (just not a pig eater).
Are we all hypocrites?
