I bet there's a recipe involving leeks and [fingerling] potatoes in the
French Vegetarian Cooking cookbook.
We could make Bengali Spinach, maybe using the chard and kale instead?
I don't know what to do with the cilantro. Maybe make a cilantro pesto
and have it over the turnips and radishes?
I think there's a recipe with green beans and peppers in the Flavors of
Korea cookbook.
Maybe we could have the tomatoes and lettuce with falafel, maybe with corn
tortillas? I guess we're running low of nayonaisse. Maybe we could buy
some hummus or just make some tahini sauce?
