You can have the invoice sent to Chicago Title, or you can pay yourself
and have them reimburse you. As long as we will have proof that it was
completed and paid for for our records.

How do we deal with the roof repair?  Should the invoice be sent
directly to 
Chicago Title and have them pay for the repair with the money in escrow?
