Looks nice - at least as nice as where you live now. It is almost exactly the 
same square footage as my place! Matt's here and I said look at this house 500K,
 same size as mine - well, that's CA. No shots of the bedrooms tho - I like the 
warm red in the living room, not so sure about that green. It is the trend now, 
to paint every room in your house some different, vibrant color.

We are bidding on this one. It's a block from here, on the nicer side of the 
street. The owner got divorced and can't afford the house anymore. GArden is 
neglected, it's big in the back with avocado tree(and I think a persimmon tree)
so there is potential. Roof needs repair.
