Uh, yeah -- that's what I've been doing for about 8 years.

It's a good distraction.
Sadly, it also become embedded in our culture. So, the price I pay for not
checking my email at night, for example, is that I may miss new homes
listings that get sold in 2 days.

I guess the Silicon Valley Childfree Meetup is the local NK board. (It's
too bad that meetup.com wasn't mentioned because people do actually meet
face-to-face via electronic means. I guess in these days of subdivision,
it's better than nothing.)
