I was realizing that I have a separate sneakemail account for my work.

For the next Sneakemail, will there?:

 1) Be a way to specify the real address associated with a particular
    sneakemail address?
 2) An option for multiple usernames for a single account?  (In case my
    work captures the passwords or the web pages.  I don't know whether
    they record the pages or not.)

I guess if you keep a free option with Sneakemail, I'll probably be OK.
It looks like the last email I received on my work's sneakemail account
was 2 months ago.
