That's exciting about your offer on a condo! We hope that it goes through 
for you if you decide that is the one you really want.

So far, it looks most likely that we will go to Healdsburg for Christmas 
where Romy and James will also be, but we don't know yet which days during 
that Holiday season. We're waiting to hear back from Kim later what days are 
the most convenient for them. She wants us to be able to drive Romy and 
James to the SF airport on their way back.

Since they will be in Nevada for Thanksgiving again to celebrate with Don 
Wallace's family there, so far it looks like we'll celebrate Thanksgiving 
here. I need to contact Scott again to try to encourage him to come here 
then. We were with him in L.A. over Labor Day to tour the Griffith 
Observatory. We would also enjoy having you two come here as well then 
(assuming something unforeseen doesn't come up making it important that I/we 
go to Wellesley to be with Joan and my Mother. I have flight reservations to 
be there from 5/1-5/10 to attend my 50th Winsor Reunion then and to help 
Joan with Mom's care, etc. This plan also is if we don't go to Sherman, TX 
to be with my sister, Paula, and her family which we occasionally do or have 
them come here. I think, however, Paula has already used up all her vacation 
time for 2009 since she went back to Boston recently.) If we are here, we 
also promised Art that we would have him here also for Thanksgiving dinner 
as he will be here alone with Cynthia in France, I believe, then. I haven't 
discussed Thanksgiving plans yet with Don. He's not home at this moment. So 
we'll see what he says when I get a chance to talk to him about it. If you 
phone tonight, please call later in the evening as we are both gone to 
different events in the early evening and then need to eat a late dinner 
here.

Thanks so much for mailing us that interesting magazine article about 
Budapest. After reading it and underlining some parts, I added it to our 
photo album which you can see when you see us next.
