After sitting around a while, and turning it on via my power strip, my Roku
doesn''t connect to my wireless network. Further investigation shows that it
has a mac address of 00:00:00:00:00:00.
If I Factory Reset it, re-set-up the networking, deactivate the device with
Netflix, and re-activate the device with Netflix, it works for a while. But,
next time I turn it on, I have to do it again.
I would like to return this device for an exchange.
How do I do this?
