If you use Firefox, I recommend getting BetterCache:

	https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6371

and Adblock Plus:

	https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865

With BetterCache, you need to configure it:

 1) Under "Check pages for actuality", check "Automatically".
 2) Check "Never-cache list works as ignore list".
 3) On the "Never-cache list", add mime types:
	text/html
	text/xml
	application/xhtml+xml

Then, you're good-to-go!
