Subject: Loan Originators
Hi Bhavani~
I do, indeed, have recommendations for loan originators who actually know
what they are doing.
Kevin Wallace - Bedrock Mortgage - 603-475-4512
Pamela Riesenberg - Reliant Mortgage - 603-234-4085
Carolyn Ahern - Prospect Mortgage - 978-423-3004
Although you might think you would be better off with one of the big
lenders, i.e, Countrywide/Bank of America, Citizens, Wells Fargo...I have
found that they are all in a big mess right now and cannot seem to get
out of their own way. My clients get much more attention/guidance from
the smaller "correspondent" lenders. They also are able to get their
financing commitment in a timely manner so they can meet the date they
have obligated themselves to in the P&S.
Call me if you have any questions. 603-490-5344
Let me know how your home inspection goes.
Jai,
Joy
P.S. If you did not sign a "Buyer Broker" contract with a real estate
agent you are not contractually obligated (to continue to work with that
agent beyond this transaction, that is).
