Oh. Well, then you had better correct the name in your address book!
 > Can anyone use Bank of America's Shopsafe?
No, only Bank of America credit card users. Unfortunately. (I had it
ever since MBNA, which was taken over by Bank of America.)
 > Is it easy to use?
Very. Just create an account on http://www.bankofamerica.com , click on
your credit card in the list of accounts, and then click on Shopsafe.
There's also a Java applet which you can install. It often works, but
sometimes doesn't.
