Fw: Please tell the Administration to STOP Promoting Fear and Discourse

--- Begin Message --- The president's men are promoting a bailout of Wall Street. But to hear the bush speak you'd think the sky is falling.

Remember when he said "we cannot wait for proof in the form of a mushroom cloud"? Remember how he exploited fear? He's doing it again.

When I listen to economists not tied to corporate agendas I hear experts saying the urgency is to bail out Wall Street for their mistakes. Where is the urgency to Americans not tied to Wall Street? Where is the urgency to Main Street?

Meanwhile bush comes out mouthing off about what a dire situation we are in and how the sky is falling. We don't need Chicken Little in the White House manufacturing a crisis and whipping up fear.

During the Great Depression we had a REAL president in the form of Franklin Roosevelt who worked to calm our fears during a time of authentic financial crisis. He said "the only thing we have to fear is fear itself". If only we had President Roosevelt here today to watch over this manufactured crisis and tell bush to shut up.

Please tell president bush to stop promoting fear over a crisis that does not exist, but rather he manufactured with his hysteria. Enough is enough. __._,_.___
