You have to go to Mt. St. Helens.  The moonscape is slowly becoming green
again. Gary Snyder made a special trip to Mt. St Helens in 1945 and again
2004 vs 2005.  I may not have a whole day to go, but you have to go on
your way to Seattle.  Frida Kahlo's works I would like to see; I saw the
movie.  Chandra was the pastor at your wedding or your art teacher, I
can't remember.  Just overcome by total inertia this 3 day wkend, did not
get out of the house and tried many different kinds of local beer:  we can
go to Bridgeport brewery when you get here.  I tried the IPA and the Blue
Heron. I also read all of the Mutts comics and Lynda Barry comics I can
find on the web and read up on how to make your own beer. I like beer for
the moment and hiking by myself in the woods ( urban woods).  and for some
reason ABBA.

Want to go on a one day trip to MT St. Helens? My dad says that's a place
worth going. I need to call my cousin since they have not e-mailed me
back. I hope their Downs boy is not in the hospital or something. Last I
heard from them I think he had a heart cath and had a reaction to the
contrast dye.  I went to the SFMOMA to see the Frida Kahlo show. They have
members-only viewing before the museum opens which was much nicer, there
were so many people wanting to see this show. Then I met Chandra and we
saw the Lee Miller photographs show.  I want to read her biography.she was
a model then became a photographer and then went to Germany as WWII was
ending and took some powerful photos of that as well as writing about her
experience there. We also went to the new Jewish museum there.

Happy Labor Day. see ya next month.
