Yes.

It would involve finding the executor of the will and tell him that we're
both dead :-).  (Unfortunately, the executor can die, so there are proxies
for that, too.  Gets complicated.)  The executor will take it from there.

One of 'em will be the executor; the rest will probably be the
beneficiaries if both Noelle and I die at the same time.
