announcing second bicycle cars

I was disappointed not to see in Draft Bicycle Access and Parking Plan any mention of my pet-peeve: announcing when there is a second bicycle car.  Instead of just showing the time on the Caltrain digital signs, why not announce when particular Caltrain trains have a second bicycle car.  That would speed up on-boarding and off-boarding of bicycles, so bicyclists can place themselves in an appropriate position for the train arrival.

This solution would be fairly low-cost and could have a great payback.
