This more information than I get~BhavaniMa Jim to Alice
Hi Alice,
I'm afraid we are tied up the weekend of the 26th though the thought
of dueling drummers in a tradition that goes back hundreds of years is certainly inviting...along with your company , of course. What's new? you ask...
Grandchildren continue to provide joy on a daily basis. We
"skype"
with Zoey and Selina in Ca and a blessed with the presence of Sage in Salem and Nahant. We visited SF not so long ago and found, not surprisingly, that the twins were so much more fun in person than via video conferencing. I continue to be a model of the One Horse Shay. At least things
are
just breaking down, and not falling off, although, I wouldn't be completely surprised if that started sometime soon. On the main issue, I will go back for a CT scan on 8-27. If it has grown, it will be taken out. If not (as I suspect will be the case) we'll just take more pictures after the elections. Most troublesome at the moment is an extruded disc with impingement which has crowded its way into my consciousness. Lifting of grandchildren may be a thing of the past. Dandruff? Pretty much under control.
Hangnail? Only mildly irritating.
And the heartbreak of psoriasis? Somewhere in the future, but on
its
way. We are trying to decisively eliminate water and moisture issues in
the basement which means that, this week, we've moved half of the basement up to the first floor and are living in chaos. I'm still working and hating it.
Too many pests in the garden that I have not engaged and defeated in
a timely manner. BUT...every once in awhile, there are those days when the smell of
summer and the company of a little girl makes life beautiful and sweet. And you?
