Unlike Windows, all drivers are loaded into the kernel.  It seems like the
WMP11 would be a common enough card to already be in your kernel.

What I would do is plug it in and boot and then wait a very long time
because it will fail to connect.  (As I said, the timeout is very long,
unfortunately.)  Then, log into the GUI and select System -> Adminstration ->
Network.  You may need to "Unlock" the interface.  After that, select the
wireless card and do "Properties" and you should be able to configure it.
It may or may not work immediately.  If it doesn't, you could try
rebooting.  If it fails to connect to the network, it will take forever to
timeout so be patient.
