Most of the veggie food is not vegan, but can be made vegan by having the cheese on the side. If there's lots of demand for vegan dishes, maybe the organizers might consider having vegan meals. And,,, getting donations of vegan cook books will help them out. I am going to the vegan night in tonight. It wasn't sold out. This month's special ingredient is Pineapple. Pineapples are sweet, tart and versatile. We will be making an appetizer, entrée and dessert with this yummy fruit. Wednesday, June 25th-frittatas, fruit, crepes, French toast, coffee and smoothies© breakfast time is a nostalgic time for many. Good food and good conversations are always exchanged at this meal time. Every month, we will dedicate one night to the world of breakfast foods.
