Thought I'd send what Anne Marie sent me since we were discussing her
yesterday. Thanks for your call- that made my day.
I will give some more thought on a B-day gift for Richard. That would
be really nice if you got him something that he would like instead of a
T-shirt that he needs.

March, 2007
Severe Vertigo & Tinnitus - lasted 6 wks
Almost completely bedridden - Beginning
March 2007 to mid-April 2008
Diagnosis - Viral Labyrinthitis & Vestibular Neuritis - *info/enclosed
By - Keith D. Jorgenson, M. D.
Treatment -
1. Specific balancing exercises- Minimally effective
2. Prescription - Antivert (meclizine) - Ineffective
3. Learn to accept & ride with it - Still learning
* Very slowly disappeared on its own.
January, 2008
Recurrence of Vertigo & Tinnitus
Bedridden once again - Beginning mid-
January 2008 to mid-March 2008
Indoors - Minimal walking via use of walls and furniture.
Outdoors - Zero walking. Nothing to hold on to.
Unable to drive.
Treatment -
Chiropractic Treatments - Glenn J. Kneeland, P. C.
Salem Chiropractic Center - Salem,
* Treatments began around mid-March 2008.
1. Immediate and total relief from vertigo
following first treatment.
2. Tinnitus - eliminated 2 wks later.
3. Maintenance - Weekly or bi-monthly
treatments as needed.
*Able to resume activities.
- However, some tinnitus returned around 2 wks ago
toward the end of April. Vertigo/still not present.
May 4, 2008
Fell outdoors - walking/exercising
Wasn't watching and fell into a ditch.
Diagnosis: May 7th - Sprained right ankle
X-rays taken - Parkland Medical - Derry, .
1. Two prescriptions - Ibuprogen (600 mg)
& Tylenol with Codeine #3.
2. Estimated recovery period - 3 to 6 wks
May 7, 2008
. Infrequent mild to moderate
needling and pinching sensation in chest area.
. Due to family history, decided to have it
checked at Parkland Medical Center - Derry, .
Diagnosis - Atypical chest pain
- EKG given twice within 3 hrs, X-rays, blood work
1. No indication of heart damage, and appears
not to be heart-related.
2. Schedule appointment with primary
care physician soon.
- An appointment with Edward, M.D. is scheduled at his
office tomorrow - May 12, 2008.
