OK, here's the deal. You'll need to call Hospital billing to tell them that they will not be receiving a payment for the next 2 weeks. Only the patient (you) is allowed to negotiate the terms of payment. You'll need to call 866-899-9626 for account number 60324829 to tell them that they won't be paid for another 2 weeks while the insurance company deals with the subrogation department. Here's what happened. I called and told them that I had faxed Ryan Knee with the workers comp denial. They said that they haven't heard anything from the subrogation department (as usual) and that they were going to email Mike Wegner and Ryan Knee in the subrogation dept to ask them about the status of the claim. I will receive a call from Ryan, Mike, or someone else about the status. After telling them about the bill from , they suggested that I negotiate with them to tell them that they won't receive payment for between 1 and 2 weeks. That's it.
