Dear Robert,

Thank you for contacting us regarding order number 6-26762/NCA. Your tickets were printed on Friday, April 18, 2008, and were mailed shortly after. If you do not receive your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please reply to this email, and we will gladly make arrangements to have replacement tickets held for you at the box office Will Call window on the day of the event.

You may confirm the status of your order (as well as your seat locations, venue, performance date, fulfillment status, total charges, etc.) by visiting your My Ticketmaster account on Ticketmaster.com.  Simply sign in by clicking the My Ticketmaster tab located near the top right side of the page to view your Order History.

Thank you for using Ticketmaster. We very much appreciate your business, and hope we were able to resolve any problems or answer any questions you had. Please reply, and let us know if we may be of further assistance.

Based on your topic selection, the answer below has been identified as a possible solution to your situation:

Our goal is to have tickets in the home of our customers within two weeks of an order being placed. However, all delivery times are approximate and sometimes delivery may be delayed. If earlier delivery is desired, we do offer the option of UPS shipping to the credit card billing address or TicketFast, where available, for an additional fee.

If you do not receive your tickets within 24 hours of the event, please contact us, and we will make arrangements to have replacement tickets held for you at the box office Will Call window on the day of the event.

You may confirm the status of your order (as well as your seat locations, venue, performance date, fulfillment status, total charges, etc.) by going to www.ticketmaster.com and signing in to your My Ticketmaster profile.
