I have not received my tickets yet. Should I worry?... [Incident:080423-003868]

- Have not received your tickets?
If you have not received your tickets and have not heard from us within four 
hours of your event, please contact one of our friendly Customer Service 
Representatives at your local charge-by-phone number. A list of

If you selected UPS delivery when you placed your order and need tracking 
information, please visit http://www.ups.com/ and use their track by reference 
number feature. Your order number can be used as a reference number, when 
using this feature. Please do not include any characters which might follow 
the numeric portion of your order number.

Based on your topic selection, the answer below has been identified as a 
possible solution to your situation:
Our goal is to have tickets in the home of our customers within two weeks of 
an order being placed. However, all delivery times are approximate and 
sometimes delivery may be delayed. If earlier delivery is desired, we do offer 
the option of UPS shipping to the credit card billing address or TicketFast, 
where available, for an additional fee.
If you do not receive your tickets within 24 hours of the event, please 
contact us, and we will make arrangements to have replacement tickets held for 
you at the box office Will Call window on the day of the event.
You may confirm the status of your order (as well as your seat locations, 
venue, performance date, fulfillment status, total charges, etc.) by going to 
www.ticketmaster.com and signing in to your My Ticketmaster profile.
