Gee Noelle-
Read your last e-mail and whatever you do is really okay- As (Buddhist
teacher in CA) Sylvia Boorstein says- "I couldn't be better" {when
someone asks how you are- meaning how could you Do any better knowing
where you are now standing}.  And I say to you  you couldn't/can't do
better - that's where you are here and now in the present... your
personal perspective.

You could indeed have what Marnie had?  Neck.  She had tingling down her
arm and the pain was influenced from her other already existing
conditions. I also think that the pain in the neck is also related to
emotional as well as the physical- I truly believe in mind body
connections!!!  Perhaps if you can be treated with physical therapy and
gentle message.  Belinda next store also had the same condition as Marnie
and elected NOT to have the surgery.  She IS doing better.

Know that I feel for you and wonder if you can find your way for a better
relationship with Gail...well at least more harmony and mercy.  Know that
I am accessible to listen- not give advice unless asked- I HOPE!!...and
pray.

You might  like his book???  He does retreats with RD  I am surely bias.
 I also got a lot out of his other book- The Power of Now.

Don't know if we will be going to VT this weekend with my infection and
some reactions to the antibiotic??  Nick is 15 today!!  I also planned on
bringing them back here for school vacation for a couple of day???  Up,
up in the air.
