Too bad you didn't get a prescription for a chiropractor.  But, perhaps
you could do that later in a follow-up visit.

Re: breaks every hour.  Do you still have that Workrave CD?  You could set
up Workrave to remind you to take a 10 min break after 50 mins of work.
