You just use it. Actually, starting with
http://webwarper.net/ww/~av/www.google.com/ may make more sense. It will
speed up all your internet browser surfing. ('Though I noticed when using
it, that if you use the "cached" pages from the google results, it loses
the link relocations and therefore the speed.)
At the top, you can also click "Super-dense on" which will also block
images and style sheets which render the pages incorrectly but speed up
web surfing.
