As the financial person at Takeuchi's office predicted, the "double
coverage" provided by Premera BCBS is very minimal -- basically, it brings
the other plan up to the level of Premera's. If the other plan is better
than Premera's, then you get nothin'.
Basically, it looks like combined Premera with any other plan is a net
loss and not worth it.
Too bad.
